Shayne van Vlerken, Chief Executive Officer, has been active in the technology market in Asia Pacific for more than a decade, and was a pioneer in bringing web services to Thailand with the establishment of Ethnic Earth during the mid-nineties. Ethnic Earth established the first strategic alliance partnership with Sun Microsystems for JAVA programming services in SE Asia.

Shayne acknowledges he is not the most proficient user of application software. His ongoing frustration trying to perform work functions made him realise there must be a better way to help users understand software. Consequently, Shayne founded Mhelp and has invested many years researching and developing the product to its current standard. Shayne firmly believes that if the product can make him use software better, then it can help you too.

Andrew McHenry, General Manager – Channel, has over 25 years experience in the IT industry, including nearly 20 years with Digital Equipment Corporation, Compaq Computer and Hewlett Packard. Andrew was instrumental in bringing many innovative products and services into the market, including Compaq’s CAREPAQ packaged services.

In 2002 Andrew moved to Dell where he established their first Professional Services operations servicing Australia & New Zealand, including Dell Training Services. Andrew then went on to become the General Manager – Alliances and Vendors at Software Spectrum, now part of Insight Enterprises. Andrew developed relationships of top tier distributors and vendors allowing Insight to take the leadership position in several key market sectors within Asia Pacific.

Rudy van der Hoeven, Chief Operating Officer, possesses extensive experience in the software industry, including 15 years with SAP where he established their first Asia Pacific operations setting up offices in Sydney, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, China and Hong Kong. Rudy was instrumental in bringing SAP to its leadership position in several key industry sectors within Asia Pacific. After leaving SAP Rudy was Director, Archiving Solution at Compaq Asia Pacific.

Rudy joined Mhelp during its R&D phase and has been instrumental in developing Mhelp’s unique product offering. Rudy holds a master degree in applied mathematics of Witwatersrand University and an MBA of Louisiana State University.
