Mhelp is dedicated to the creation of products that will change the way we learn.
Mhelp has recognised the limitations of traditional training methods – classroom courses, or online eLearning modules - which typically keep the “learning environment” separate from the point of application. These methods require the user to recall, and then apply what they have previously learnt.
The internet age is changing the way we interact in our environment. There is now an endless array of information at our fingertips and we simply don’t have time to “learn” it all. The key to avoiding “information overload" is to learn in smaller, more digestible chunks. New generations of users - the digital natives - are adopting this technique. No longer are these users interested in traditional learning styles; it’s now about immersion and the experience.
Mhelp is building innovative products to bring learning much closer to the “time of use” of an application by giving “instant help” as small chunks of knowledge – known as “just-in-time” learning.
Mhelp aims to become a world leader in software help technology by creating an environment where users have no fear of wanting to learn.
